What is the promotion?
We are offering our consumers the chance to win £500 every day through purchasing selected TENA Discreet products.
How long is the promotion running for?
The main promotion will run from 7am to 11pm from 5th April 2021 to 4th August 2021.
After this, there will be one more opportunity to win through a Late Entry Draw, which will run from 11.01pm on 4th August 2021 to 11.59pm on 29th September 2021. The Late Entry Draw takes place 30th September 2021 and the draw prize is one £500 cash prize.

Is there an age limit for entry?
To enter this promotion, you must be 18 years or older.
I am not in the UK or ROI. Can I still enter?
Only residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland can enter this promotion.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?
Yes, if you are a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales) or the Republic of Ireland, you will need to buy a promotional pack of TENA Discreet in order to enter the promotion. Each promotional pack has a unique code attached to it which is required at the point of entry.
I am a resident of Northern Ireland; do I have to make a purchase to enter the promotion?
If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you don't have to make a purchase to enter the promotion. Instead, please email us your name, confirmation of your age, postal address and mobile telephone number to IWBMpromo@tenawin.co.uk. Once verified, we will email you a unique promotional code for you to use to enter the promotion. There is a maximum 1 entry per person per day for the duration of the promotional period.

Where can I buy a promotional pack?
You can buy promotional packs of TENA Discreet in most major retailers, including ASDA, Tesco, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Waitrose, Ocado, Boots and Superdrug (whilst promotional stocks last).
How do I enter the promotion?
To enter you must:
Purchase a participating promotional pack of TENA, visit www.tenawin.co.uk between 7am and 11pm daily during the promotional period, and enter the unique 10-digit code from inside the promotional stopper along with their name, email address, country of residence and confirmation you are over 18. It is easy to spot a promotional pack as our promotional packs have a stopper attached to the left-hand side of the pack. To reveal the code, open the stopper where it indicates "peel here".
Lucky winners must retain their packaging, including their promotional stopper as it may be needed for prize verification. Only stoppers with valid promotional codes will be accepted. This requirement does not apply to participants from Northern Ireland who have entered via the "no purchase necessary" entry route detailed in an above question.
Where can I find my unique promotional code?
You can find your unique ten-digit promotional code on the left-hand side of your promotional pack, inside the stopper. To reveal your code, open the stopper where it states, "peel here".
Is there a limit to how many times I can enter the promotion and how many times could I win a prize?
Each unique code can only be used once, but you can enter multiple codes if you have purchased multiple promotional packs of TENA Discreet.
How are winners notified?
During the main promotional period, you will be notified instantly on screen whether you have been lucky and won in the promotion, or not. Winners will then be asked to enter their bank details including their account number and sort code (UK & ROI bank accounts only).
During the late entry draw one lucky winner will be selected from all entries received via a randomised computer process. The winner will then be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 7 days of the draw date. If you are a lucky winner then you must respond to such contact within 28 days of the draw to confirm your prize; or you will forfeit the right to the prize and an alternative prize will be drawn.
If there are any unclaimed prizes from the main promotional period & late entry draw, then they will be allocated to a further and final left-over prize draw, into which all entrants from the main promotional period and late entry draw will automatically be entered. If you are a lucky winner then you must respond to such contact within 28 days of the draw to confirm your prize; or you will forfeit the right to the prize and an alternative prize will be drawn.
What prizes are available to be won?
There are 122 x £500 cash prizes available to win by TENA consumers during this promotion.
How will I receive my prize?
If you are a lucky winner, you will be notified instantly on screen and asked to enter your bank details, including your account number and sort code (UK and ROI bank accounts only). Your prize will then be fulfilled by BACs transfer within 28 days of claim.
What proof of proof of entry should I keep hold of if am a winner?
If you are a lucky winner, you must retain your packaging, including your promotional stopper as it may be needed for prize verification. Only stoppers with valid promotional codes will be accepted. This requirement does not apply to participants from Northern Ireland who have entered via the "no purchase necessary" entry route detailed in a question above.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?
Yes, an internet connection is required to enter this promotion.
I don't have a computer or laptop - can I still enter the promotion?
Yes, our website is mobile friendly so you will be able to enter the promotion on your mobile or tablet device.
If you do not have access to any of these devices perhaps try visiting your local library; or ask a friend or family member if you can borrow theirs to enter the promotion.
My unique code is illegible - what do I do?
Essity does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, please contact our Consumer Services Team on IWBMpromo@tenawin.co.uk before the final closing date and a replacement code will be sent to you.
The promotional code is not working.
Firstly, make sure you've entered your 10-digit code (a mixture of letters and numbers) exactly as it appears on the promotional pack. The unique promotional codes are case sensitive and will not contain the following numbers (0,1, 2, 4, 5, 8) or letters (A, B, D, I, O, Q, S, U, Z). They must be entered online exactly as they appear on the promotional stopper. If you have previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again.
